Pharmacy Director

At Spire Healthcare Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing an exemplary pharmacy service, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines, and promoting a patient-focused approach to healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to the pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
* Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, including the management of medicines and clinical governance
* Collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines
* Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the pharmacy team
Requirements:
* GPHC registration with no restrictions or conditions
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a hospital environment at ward level
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians and other stakeholders
* Ability to analyze clinical and management problems and develop effective solutions
