About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to work as a Pharmacy Manager, joining a highly reputable private hospital. The hospital has state-of-the-art facilities and this is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager to join their friendly and experienced Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation and clinical requirements.
  • Provide advice to consultants, other clinicians, and patients.
  • Ensure the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
  • Responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the pharmacy team.
  • Advise on the safe management of medicines to the hospital and its departments.
  • Lead on quality improvement projects and audit within pharmacy.
Requirements
  • Be GPHC registered - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • At least 4 years' experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting in the UK.
  • Managerial experience in a Pharmacy setting in the UK is essential.
  • Analyzing clinical and management problems and coming up with solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
