- Maintain an acceptance-to-offer ratio of 80% and consistently achieve key recruiting metrics, including time to fill, diversity, internal promotions, cost per hire, and other focal metrics.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the company, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence, providing strategic insights to inform recruitment decisions.
- Earn a reputation as a trusted advisor and seasoned partner, extending beyond the leaders they collaborate with.
- Build an extensive network and leverage connections to drive business growth and success.
- Represent Clearwater Analytics with finesse, leading recruiting events and promoting the company's brand and values.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reporting, analytics, and delivering compelling presentations, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant end-to-end recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Able to manage multiple and diverse roles simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Process improvement mindset, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrates technical proficiency in HRIS software and systems, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
- Manages branding avenues for growing companies, promoting a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Collaborates effectively and works in cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of innovation and ownership.
- Recruiting experience for Sales, Leadership, Executive, Finance, and Accounting roles, with a focus on attracting top talent.
- Experience working for a FinTech/SaaS/software company, preferred, with a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive work environment.
