We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. We offer bespoke training and a pathway to rapid promotion opportunities.

In the first month you will:

  • Learn Flair’s recruitment model and coordinate the recruitment process
  • Assisting with resourcing of candidates for a variety of roles
  • Assist with business development administration to win new clients
  • Resource candidates with the view that you will be Recruitment Executive within the first 1 month (with a salary increase, and commission structure)
