Job Summary

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to fill a Senior role in our team. As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing leadership and clinical expertise in the delivery of a highly specialist SLT service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy assessments and outcome measurement for patients with complex neurological presentations.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation and evaluation of individualized treatment programs and goals.
  • Provide clinical advice and support to the Speech and Language Therapy Team, including supervision and training of junior staff.
  • Manage clinical risk within your caseload and contribute to the management of clinical risk across the Speech and Language Therapy team.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective delivery of care and contribute to service development projects.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration
  • Postgraduate training in dysphagia
  • Experience in managing complex caseloads and supervising junior staff
  • Active involvement in service development projects
