Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist

Location: Bristol

Salary: £32, £38, FTE £37,669 - £44,699

Hours: 40 hours per week Term time only

We are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join a dynamic provision for 7-19 year olds with complex communication and associated difficulties.

The main purpose of the role: To provide specialist therapy to support the communication needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with complex communication needs
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student progress
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support for students
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed

Requirements:

* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with experience working with students with complex communication needs
* Strong knowledge of communication disorders and therapy techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
