We are seeking a skilled Loss Adjuster/Property Surveyor to join our Subsidence Team, working in the Northeast and Southeast areas of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims from notification to conclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose the cause of subsidence or other damage to domestic and commercial buildings
- Mitigate against subsidence damage continuing
- Understand and apply repair techniques to damaged buildings and their drainage, particularly in respect of subsidence damage
- Work closely with other team members and service providers to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage and plan your own workload while delivering professional advice to both claimants and insurers
