About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our multidisciplinary team at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal. As an RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients on our CAMHS, PICU, and Specialist DBT Unit wards.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care that promotes recovery and well-being. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care that takes account of patient needs, choices, and wishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participating in relevant quality improvement processes and clinical governance.
  • Providing accurate information about care to patients and their families.
  • Maintaining good clinical records and team communication.
About You
  • Active registration with the NMC.
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, requests, and professional practices.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to service improvement and quality.
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
