Senior Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure their insurance requirements are met.
- Work closely with Account Executives and other Account Handlers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and agree forecasts, targets, plans, and budgets for your area of work.
- Act within the FCA Principles for Business and comply with FCA and internal procedures.
- Assist the wider Division and Broking team with London Market presence and placing via Lloyds.
- Insurance experience preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to organize self and own work.
- Passed or working towards Cert CII.
- Questioning and evaluation of client needs.
- Ability to build relationships - internal & external.
- Communication skills: telephone, verbal & written.
- Selling and cross-selling.
- Rapport building with clients and underwriters.
