Join the Sustainability Service at the University of Leeds

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the University's sustainability goals as a Student Sustainability Architect. As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering sustainability projects that align with our strategic objectives and develop your own ideas to increase student opportunities in sustainability at Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on delivering projects that support the University's strategic approach to sustainability
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to increase student engagement and opportunities in sustainability
  • Work collaboratively with the Sustainability Service team and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Contribute to the development of sustainability projects and initiatives that align with the University's strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • University of Leeds students enrolled in a degree course or PhD for the 24/25 academic year
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when necessary
  • Variable hours (approximately 4-6 hours per week up to a maximum of 100 hours per project)

The Sustainability Service supports the University in delivering on its sustainability commitments. We draw on the diverse expertise of our students, staff, and partners to collaborate in finding sustainable solutions to global challenges. As a Student Sustainability Architect, you will be part of a dynamic and committed team that is passionate about sustainability and making a positive difference at the University.
