Job Title: Parts Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at JCT600. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient parts supply, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and courteous service to internal and external customers, identifying their needs and supplying parts in a timely manner.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient stockroom operations.
- Coordinate the receipt and storage of incoming parts, pre-picking parts for workshop use.
- Perform stock control duties in line with Company and Brand policies, including PDRs, warranty, and supplier returns.
- Liaise with manufacturers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- A customer-centric approach, striving to deliver service above expectations.
- Strong attention to detail, with an organized and methodical approach.
- Proven experience in a Parts environment is desirable, but not essential; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
- A flexible and dynamic approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- A driving license is preferable due to the nature of the role.
