We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Lovell, working in the East Anglia region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial cost control and reporting of construction projects from award to completion.
  • Recover and discharge retentions from clients and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Work closely with the Managing Quantity Surveyor/Regional Commercial Manager to achieve commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Formal qualification in a relevant subject, such as HNC in Quantity Surveying.
  • Substantial experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
