Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multi Tradesperson with a joinery background to join our site team(s) based in Enfield, covering work in London and the Home Counties. As a Multi Tradesperson, you will work in conjunction with our painting and decorating teams to carry out pre-decoration repairs, carry out joinery/carpentry repairs and fit out, and perform other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in conjunction with our painting and decorating teams to carry out pre-decoration repairs
  • Carry out joinery/carpentry repairs and fit out
  • Perform minor masonry repairs
  • Re-pointing of brickwork
  • Plastering/rendering
  • Measure out and order materials required for the tasks allocated
Requirements
  • Must have a trade background with a minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Must have a valid CSCS Card
  • Own tools
  • Own vehicle is desirable, element of travel will be subsidised
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Must hold a clean current driver's licence for a minimum of 2 years
