Estimator - Passive Fire Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at TDC Consulting, specializing in passive fire solutions. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a fast and reliable service quote and costing service to our clients in the commercial and property management sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake site visits to collect information for quote opportunities within passive fire
  • Prepare specifications for small to medium works for client approval
  • Prepare pricing for estimated projects
  • Meet with clients to review potential works and discuss solutions available
  • Provide a support function to the Estimating team and other Estimators
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full UK Licence
  • Experience in quotations/estimates
  • Experience in passive fire, Fire doors, and Fire Stopping (Estimating or as a tradesperson)
  • Effective problem-solving, planning, and dispute resolution
  • Working independently and part of a wider supervisor team
