Our Kitchen Team

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for championing excellent service through quality food, leading and developing a team, and maintaining effective controls with regard to both GP and labour.

Requirements
  • Experience in championing excellent service through quality food
  • Passion for leading and developing a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth
  • Ability to manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively
  • Collaboration with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
