Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Administrator to join our team at RT Social Care. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Update and manage all client data held on our management information systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to engage with potential clients, follow up on leads, and build relationships.
  • Client Enquiries: Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely responses.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior staff, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client information, including updates to influence and management software.
  • Research: Conduct research to identify key contacts and opportunities across the sector.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in management software and data management.
