Production Engineer Job Description

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our client's team in the Baglan area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the achievement of productive, quality, and cost-effective aims in compliance with safety, environmental, and product safety provisions and policies.
  • Support stakeholder relationships from a technical perspective.
  • Collaborate with the Country Operations Manager to formulate budget proposals for production and maintenance costs.
  • Liaise with other departments to maximize productivity, efficiency, and client service.
  • Monitor and manage production and maintenance costs.
  • Guarantee the correct management and maintenance of plants.
  • Optimize energy consumption and raw material exploitation.
  • Validate production reports.
  • Work with the CTO area personnel to improve productive efficiency, production costs, energy consumption, and environmental impact.
  • Manage relationships with plant trade union representatives.
  • Ensure the professional development of technical personnel.
  • Promote a safety-focused corporate culture.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with production report validation.
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and product safety matters.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
