Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Fellow in Cardiac Radiology to join our team at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital, part of the University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a Trust Clinical Fellow (post-CCT) in Cardiac Radiology, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cardiac imaging services, including cardiac CT and MRI, to support the cardiothoracic caseload.
  • You will have dedicated cardiac CT sessions and will also contribute to reporting thoracic CT, as well as participating in the general workload of the department.
  • Our department performs over 1300 cardiac CT examinations and over 1300 cardiac MRI examinations per year, providing a broad range of cardiac services, including PCI, coronary angiography, echocardiography, and electrophysiology services.
Requirements
  • FRCR or equivalent qualification
  • MB BS or equivalent qualification
  • Full GMC Registration
  • B.Sc or other relevant degree
  • MRCP or MRCS or other relevant qualification
  • At least 5 years' full-time training in Clinical Radiology, including specialty training in cardiothoracic radiology
  • Experience of working in a cardiac radiology department providing cardiac CT and cardiac stress MRI services
