Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled FM Contracts Manager to oversee a large contract across various locations. As a seasoned professional in the commercial facilities management sector, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee PPM and Reactive Tasks to ensure optimal facility performance
  • Survey minor works enquiries and provide cost-effective solutions to clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face interactions, meetings, and site visits
  • Gather estimates and prepare quotations for projects
  • Pre-plan labour and material requirements for current and upcoming projects
  • Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure compliance
  • Ensure progress reports are completed monthly
  • Manage external suppliers and contractors to maintain high standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management
  • City & Guilds in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Health and Safety qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Managers black card essential
  • Good broad knowledge of building maintenance, including Electrical and Mechanical tasks
  • Full driving licence
