We're seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team at Whitbread. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our restaurant.
About the Role:
- Support the General Manager in the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new kitchen team members.
- Lead by example, demonstrating effective communication and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
- Manage stock control and food margins to optimize profitability.
- Ensure high standards in NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety audits.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive individual high performance through regular one-to-ones.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create a positive and productive work environment.
