Aldrich & Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bureau Administrator to join their support team in the city. As a key member of the Investment Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team's administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Investment Management team and their clients by providing exceptional administrative support, including preparing correspondence and meeting reports.
- Liaise with dealers and brokers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Process investor applications and coordinate investor processes, including KYC.
- Respond to client queries and attend meetings with clients to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage multiple appointments within a shared diary and keep files up to date.
- Stay up to date on compliance and regulation to ensure the team's administrative tasks are carried out in accordance with industry standards.
- Arrange events, lunches, and meetings to facilitate team collaboration and client engagement.
- Attend client and compliance briefings to stay informed and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial services or a related field.
- Excellent client-facing skills and confident communication skills.
- Hard-working attitude and strong MS Office skills.
