We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated eRostering Administrator/Trainer to join our team at Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our eRostering team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service to all users by providing high-quality support and training on our eRostering system.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve user problems and provide first and second-line support to all users, escalating any system issues when necessary.
- Plan and deliver training sessions in both a classroom and online setting, ensuring all supporting training documents and guidance are current, relevant, and accessible to all.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and carry out information analysis and present findings to support senior managers and clinicians in producing high-quality rosters.
- Provide support for both weekly and monthly payrolls, assisting with the submission of information to payroll.
