About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Brand Home Guide at one of our picturesque distilleries in Scotland.

As a Brand Home Guide, you will be responsible for bringing the stories and craft of the distillery to life, providing an immersive and engaging experience for our guests.

You will be the face of our brand, warmly greeting visitors, hosting tours, and working within our retail area as a product expert. You will also be involved in the preparation and serving of food and drink in our bar.

With events throughout the year, you will be part of the planning and execution, building relationships with customers and working in an incredible industry full of pride and passion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors
  • Host tours and share the stories and craft of the distillery
  • Work within our retail area as a product expert, providing recommendations and advice to customers
  • Prepare and serve food and drink in our bar
  • Participate in events and activities throughout the year, including planning and execution
