The Role:


As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-class customer service support to clients via various communication channels.
  • Effectively processing incoming sales and customer service enquiries, including sales order processing and liaison with internal departments.
  • Updating Company MRP systems as required.
  • Liaising with transport providers and keeping up-to-date with delivery progress.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing B2B sector.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MRP/ERP systems.
