About the RoleAs a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, you will work closely with our experienced Band 7/8 colleagues, contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality pelvic health physiotherapy services.
After an initial period of training, you will function as an autonomous practitioner, providing specialized assessments and interventions for patients with a range of pelvic health conditions. Your expertise will focus on empowering individuals to manage their conditions effectively through self-management strategies.
Your Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Locality Lead to ensure clinical excellence aligned with national and local standards, upholding the CSP Code of Professional Conduct.
- Maintain your professional development by staying current on advancements in pelvic health physiotherapy and integrating them into your practice.
- Actively participate in staff training programs through presentations, workshops, and mentorship.
- Engage in the staff appraisal process as both an appraisee and appraiser, contributing to personal and professional growth within the team.
- Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical audit, and outcome measures to evaluate your work and contribute to continuous improvement within the MSK team.
