Job Description

Stride Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to lead a team of specialized contractors in a social housing environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of tradespeople and ensuring that all works are undertaken in a competent and safe manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer-focused teams for the delivery of maintenance services. You will be responsible for planning the delivery of workstreams in a customer-focused environment, ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the right outcome for our customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Managing a budget of circa £1 million per annum
  • Maintaining high-quality data within our property systems
  • Ensuring high levels of safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation and CDM
  • Developing a detailed local knowledge of customer, asset, and investment needs across your locality
  • Engaging with residents and groups to develop co-created services
  • Managing customer-focused teams for the delivery of maintenance services
  • Planning the delivery of workstreams in a customer-focused environment
  • Operating with commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite with Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing customer-focused teams for the delivery of maintenance services
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite with Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to travel and have access to a car and a full UK driving license
