About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Regional Head of Financial Crime Operations. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to ensure the effective management of financial crime risks across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to our Financial Crime Operations team, ensuring that we remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate the risk of financial crime, including anti-money laundering, sanctions, and counter-terrorism financing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our financial crime operations are aligned with business objectives and that we are meeting our regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on the effectiveness of our financial crime operations and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a financial crime operations role, with a strong understanding of anti-money laundering, sanctions, and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
