Electrical Project Manager | MEP Projects | Hybrid Working
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a range of MEP projects across commercial and industrial environments in the West Midlands region.
The successful candidate will be required to attend the office once per week, with the remainder of the time spent working from home or on-site.
- Company Car or Car Allowance.
- Working Hours: 08:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Location: Hybrid working - working from home, office-based once per week, projects based across West Midlands.
- Regular pay reviews.
- Company funded training / up-skilling provided.
- Company pension.
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
- Oversee a range of MEP projects across the West Midlands region, from small works to larger project works.
- Manage sub-contractors and internal staff to deliver project works.
- Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.
- Projects may include: Large emergency repair works, refurbishments, fire/flood damaged properties, plant/equipment upgrades, conversions, etc.
- Must hold Electrical qualifications.
- Must have experience managing electrical works within MEP projects.
- Ideally have experience working in a range of environments (commercial / industrial / domestic).
- Have experience managing multiple small works projects and larger projects.
- Able to commute to Telford once per week.
