About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Migration Specialist. As a key member of our CRM and Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in successfully migrating service user data from our existing Dynamics system to In-Form CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the project team in data migration and analysis
  • Understand the relationships between Dynamics entities and transpose data into In-Form CRM
  • Inspect and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with owners of Finance, HR, and Donor Management systems to design viable solutions for data integration
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with:

  • Proficiency in manipulating data using Excel and SQL
  • Proven experience in analyzing databases to extract, transform, and load data
  • Strong knowledge of data auditing techniques and processes
  • Good understanding of data management principles and compliance
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts simply to non-technical colleagues
