Reports to the Data & Accounting Manager – Client Onboarding Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Data & Accounting Analyst to join our Client Onboarding Centre of Excellence. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the onboarding approach and driving excellent client service.

The ideal candidate will be involved in various aspects of the client onboarding journey, including data migration, report testing, financial reporting, and applications set-up. You will have the opportunity to complete relevant training and develop your skills in data management technology.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supporting the Data & Accounting Manager and Senior Data & Accounting Analyst(s) with executing the data migration process when migrating new clients to Aztec systems.
  • Reconciling and transferring data, including mapping general ledgers, transaction types, and investor allocation rules.
  • Assisting to resolve data extraction or loading issues and helping troubleshoot any issues that may arise when migrating data.
  • Helping to design and test financial reports based on client requirements, including capital call and distribution notices.
  • Experience in data migrations and financial reporting software is desired but not a requirement.
  • Accountancy experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • An interest in technology, especially data management technology, is essential.
  • Supervision or line management of staff is not required.
Training and Development
  • Completion of the Transformation Toolkit created by the Aztec Academy.
  • Completion of project management and continuous improvement qualifications on a case-by-case basis as part of the individual's progression plan.

We will provide the necessary training and support to enhance your skills and abilities, enabling you to provide sound administration services to our clients.
