About the Role

We are seeking a Part Time Supported Living Assistant to join our fantastic Supported Living Service in Louth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning and/or sensory disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning and/or sensory disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care and support
