About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Lead Project Manager to join our Capital Design and Delivery department, specifically the Waste Treatment Delivery Team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and assistant project managers to deliver multiple capital engineering and construction schemes, and driving key project KPIs across a programme of large capital engineering and construction projects within Severn Trent's Capital and Commercial Services business area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers and assistant project managers to deliver multiple capital engineering and construction schemes
  • Drive key project KPIs across a programme of large capital engineering and construction projects
  • Manage NEC projects, with a proven track record of cost planning and management and budgetary responsibility
  • Build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds
