Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Optical Practice Director to lead our practice in a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team, motivating them to increase sales, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of opticians and support staff
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide staff training and development opportunities
- Dispense optical products and services
- Perform administrative duties, including managing stock and supplies
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Commercially minded with a focus on driving business growth
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong dispensing skills at all levels
- Knowledge of contact lenses and hearing care services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
