As the Optical Practice Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering exceptional customer service, and achieving ambitious business objectives. Your expertise in dispensing, contact lenses, and staff training will be instrumental in shaping a successful and rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of optical professionals to deliver outstanding patient care and achieve sales targets.
- Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Provide comprehensive staff training and development programs to ensure a high level of expertise within the practice.
- Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in optical technology to provide patients with the latest solutions.
- Proven experience as an Optical Practice Manager or Assistant Manager with a strong track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of dispensing practices, contact lenses, and optical equipment.
