About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Learning Assistant (Level 3) to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team at Mill Green School. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners with complex needs, enabling them to achieve success in a safe and caring learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support learners academically and socially, in and out of the classroom
  • Support young people with communication difficulties, severe learning difficulties, and complex health needs
  • Assist our learners with community and work-based learning
  • Support our learners to develop key life skills, including meal preparation, money skills, self-care, housekeeping, laundry, food shopping, and personal safety
