## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Assistant to join our team at Lansbury Bridge School. As a Level 3 Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and well-being of our pupils with complex needs.
## Key Responsibilities
* Work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction of teaching and/or senior staff
* Enable access to learning for all pupils and provide assistance and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques
* Provide specialist support in a specific curricular/resource area
* Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers with agreed lesson plans in place
## Requirements
* Experience of working with children with SEN and ASC/behavioural difficulties would be an advantage
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues as instructed by the teacher
* Strong organisational skills and confidence to direct colleagues as instructed by the teacher
