Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Leadership Team. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of our school and offers a broad and varied range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Managing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of flexibility
  • Maintaining a professional standard of presentation and communication
  • Assisting with various projects and school operations

Person Specification:

  • Exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in ICT are essential
  • A school environment is desirable, but not mandatory.
