Lettings Administrator

Join a leading property development organisation as a Lettings Administrator and contribute to creating a sustainable and affordable future for all. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming general inquiries from tenants, landlords, and contractors, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Schedule and accompany viewings, conduct property inspections, and ensure property compliance.
  • Coordinate with tradespeople to address maintenance issues and notify utility companies of tenant changes.
  • Prepare and submit quotes on portals, ensuring deadlines are met, and administer tender opportunities on a council portal for disabled modification works.
  • Accurately record all relevant information on the internal system and monitor systems to ensure no quotes are overlooked or deadlines missed.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's administration experience, with previous experience in lettings and property management beneficial.
  • A valid driving license, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Being highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing diverse responsibilities with precision, and offering a self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • IT Proficiency (including MS Office) and a positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate.
