Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a National Transfer Scheme Business Support Officer. This is a critical role that requires excellent IT and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the NTS Co-ordinator in ensuring the smooth running of the National Transfer Scheme in Kent.
- Take a proactive role in the day-to-day functioning of the NTS, including dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Provide excellent customer service to professionals and members of the public, both on the telephone and in person.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
