About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team at Techbuyer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Stock Control department and ensuring that the workload is distributed effectively amongst the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegating work to the Stock Control team on a daily basis
  • Liaising with the Operations Manager to discuss team performance related issues, stock queries and any ideas for improvement
  • Running reports to keep track of virtual warehouses and managing these locations
  • Overseeing the training of the Stock Control team to ensure they are equipped to carry out all related tasks and duties
  • Carrying out annual appraisals and performance reviews
  • Assisting in day-to-day stock and quality control processes to ensure the department is operating as intended and meeting all deadlines
  • Involvement in the recruitment process for the Stock Control department
  • Administrative tasks to ensure Stock Control employee records are kept up to date
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritising and delegation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
