Job Opportunity: Live-In Caregiver

Home Instead East Hampshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Live-In Caregiver to provide personalized support and care for our clients in the East Hampshire area.

About the Role

As a Live-In Caregiver with Home Instead, you will be responsible for offering one-on-one care and support to our clients who require daily assistance with their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide light housekeeping services, such as laundry, ironing, and meal preparation
  • Support clients with their overall well-being and independence
  • Offer companionship and social interaction
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
  • Provide end-of-life care and palliative care

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals
  • Reliability and commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional caregiving experience
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Right to work in the UK
