Wellbeing and Early Intervention Officer

Job Summary
The Wellbeing and Early Intervention Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting student wellbeing and developing initiatives to support students in need. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 4th April 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement wellbeing initiatives and events to promote physical, mental, social, and financial support for students.
- Work closely with the Wellbeing & Student Experience Officer and other teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Support the day-to-day management of the Student Navigators and schedule work allocated as part of the Students First Experience.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for student wellbeing and student experience to create a vibrant culture and improve the utilization of campus spaces.
- Work independently with the ability to self-motivate and work under minimum instruction.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the University in the delivery of work within the Student Experience Plan.
- Confidence in working independently and self-motivating.
