About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Havas Helia Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop scopes of work, manage timings, and track budgets for various projects.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate teams of strategists, creatives, designers, technologists, and client services professionals to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Client Communication: Clearly communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to set priorities, meet objectives, and ensure project milestones and budget expectations are met.
  • Problem Solving: Identify issues and risks early in the process and develop solutions to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand how our business operates and make informed decisions to drive project success.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate project plans, timelines, and budgets to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all project deliverables.
