We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Director with proven sales experience in closing high-value deals. You'll be responsible for driving sales and ensuring our kitchens are fully utilized; developing outreach strategies, managing pipelines, and testing new sales approaches to bring in new revenue streams. We're looking for someone confident in their ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.

You'll work closely with our founder and Head of Operations to develop your outreach strategy, utilizing multiple channels and converting inbound leads. In addition to building a robust pipeline, you'll be responsible for touring potential clients around our kitchens and developing creative methods to convert them into residents.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Ability to identify, build, and manage a diverse pipeline of leads from various channels

• Proven track record of closing Enterprise clients

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse business types

• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and bring new initiatives to the table

• Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to think creatively

• Strategic thinker and process-driven

• Passionate about the food industry and working for a high-growth business
