Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our team at Sanctuary Property Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks across our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition
  • Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, resolving problems or setting in motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
  • Provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
  • Participate in our Out of Hours emergency cover on a rota basis, receiving an enhancement for this role
Requirements
  • Hold a qualified NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical, or plumbing) or be undertaking this qualification
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads, work to deadlines, and plan ahead
  • Hold a full valid UK driving license to drive a company vehicle
