Working Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, with a break and Friday 8am-1pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming CNC lathes with 2 & 3 axes utilizing live tooling through Fanuc controls.
  • Setting up and producing initial components to ensure compliance with specifications and maintain consistent standards and tolerances.
  • Operating multiple machines as necessary.
  • Creating documentation for machine setups.
  • Staying updated on cutting-edge technology; identifying and developing innovative processes while pursuing continuous enhancements in CNC machining.
  • Collaborating with management to ensure project timelines are adhered to and communicating any potential challenges.
  • Assisting production management in developing and implementing technical solutions for production-related challenges.
  • Coordinating with Engineering and Quality departments to uphold company protocols and quality assurance standards.
