Job Overview

Residential Care Manager - SCR Recruitment Services

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Residential Care Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents. A strong understanding of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
