As a Care Management Professional, you will have the flexibility to make decisions that put the quality of life of your customers and Carers first.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality care.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure compliance with CQC/CIW guidelines.
  • Recruit and develop a team of carers, guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Regularly review the operation of the branch to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Support branch staff and carers with their training and development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also need knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience working within the care sector at management level.
