- Identify and attract outstanding candidates for various positions at The Ned
- Create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns that resonate with our employer brand, ensuring a robust talent pipeline
- Engage regularly with business leaders to comprehend their recruitment needs and strategies
- Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on effective attraction techniques and interview processes, ensuring a remarkable candidate experience
- Collaborate with the Talent team to enhance and promote our employer brand
- Leverage data insights to refine our recruitment processes and inform future workforce planning
What you can contribute to this role:
- Experience in sourcing high-caliber candidates across various departments, ideally within an in-house recruitment setting
- A talent for building strong relationships and mentoring hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Creative writing skills for crafting engaging job advertisements and social media content
- An operational background or relevant experience in a similar business environment is advantageous
