What you can contribute to this role:

  • Experience in sourcing high-caliber candidates across various departments, ideally within an in-house recruitment setting
  • A talent for building strong relationships and mentoring hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Creative writing skills for crafting engaging job advertisements and social media content
  • An operational background or relevant experience in a similar business environment is advantageous
