The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for processing orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to sales and customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner, adhering to our sales process and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day management of customer accounts, including producing quotes, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Assist Account Managers in improving the Vuba sales process and performing data entry duties related to sales figures and key metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for general customer inquiries and provide excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.
Requirements
  • A strong desire to progress and develop a career in a fast-paced industry.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is not essential, but a keen eye for detail and ability to work in a high-volume, high-value environment is crucial.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and comfort in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 with a 20% bonus opportunity, OTE £26,400 to £30,000.
